Super Bowl Sunday, LFC style...

Super Bowl Sunday at LFC!  It was awesome!  Pastor Matt preached in a football uniform, we had the giant football helmet tunnel right in front of the church as people walked in and to top it all off there was someone saved in all three services!  God is so good!  

Thanksgiving Everyday!!

I love November!  Everyone starts thinking about all the things that we have to be thankful for.  Today at our morning assembly at school the principal asked what holiday is coming soon.  My first thought was Christmas!  Now, my family does Christmas at Thanksgiving, so they are connected in my brain.  I got to thinking more about it though.  


To me, everyday is Thanksgiving!  I wake up daily thinking about how God has blessed me in so many different ways:  my family: husband and children, my mom and dad, my sisters and brothers, my in-laws, my church family, my friends that are more like family...I could go on and on.  I have a church that has taught me how to raise the standard in my life and see God is a whole new light!  I have an amazing job where God teaches and uses me daily.  I have a home where my family is safe and warm in the winter!  I have a nice car that offers more than I "need."  


God has blessed me beyond measure and I know He wants to bless me even more.  I'm His child...so everyday is Thanksgiving Day for me!
